Coastal title was initially formed by the law firm of Tod A. Weston, P.A. A law firm well recognized by the south Florida real estate community. In 2001, Coastal Title entered into a joint venture with Nancy Olsen. Nancy is a member of the title industry since 1996. She was originally recruited to spearhead the Coastal Title team, but later became a partner of the company in 2003. Under the tutelage and leadership of Tod A. Weston and Nancy Olsen, Coastal Title has set a new standard for the title industry as a whole, with exceptional customer service, turn around time and a worry free transaction process.
